Problem:
1. When installing CF9 (64-bit) on Mac OS X (10.5.5, MacBook Pro) there is a cosmetic error in the CFLauncher application:
The CFLauncher notes that you are starting/running/stopping CF 8 and not CF 9.
2. Once installation was complete, it reported an error occurred during installation and encourages the individual to check the install log. I did check the log but it reported no installation errors. As a result, the user is not taken to the CFAdministrator to complete the install. However, doing so on your own (going to localhost:8500/cfide/administrator/) shows that the installer worked and CF was running. I was, at this point, able to complete my installation.
3. When you run the install there was not an option, as in the past, to start CF after install. The server automatically started but did not report that CF was now running. This was nice to have after installing CF8.
I apologize but I misplaced my error logs/results from the install. If needed, I can uninstall and reinstall CF9 again to reproduce.
Method:
1. Download CF9 installer OS X 64-bit
2. Unpack and run installer
