Problem:
CFEXCEL Should Not Output Complete HTML Table
CFEXCEL should not output <table> </table> tags. When a full table it rendered, it is almost impossible (without javascript) to add CAPTION, THEAD or TFOOT tags.
However, if CFEXCEL output only the TR, TH and TD tags, then we can add these other table-related tags to the output.
