Problem Description: Stopping  ColdFusion ColdFusion 11 ODBC Server and ColdFusion 11 ODBC Agent services throws an error : Windows could not stop ColdFusion 11 ODBC agent service. 
 
(But the service actully stops in background)

 
Steps to Reproduce:  Install update 3 and try to stop ColdFusion 11 ODBC Server and ColdFusion 11 ODBC Agent services
 
Actual Result: Throws an error while stopping ColdFusion 11 ODBC Server and ColdFusion 11 ODBC Agent services

 -- Windows could not stop the ColdFusion 11 ODBC service on Local Computer
     Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly
 
 
Expected Result: Should not give any errors while stopping ColdFusion 11 ODBC Server and ColdFusion 11 ODBC Agent services.
