Problem Description: When creating a <cfdocument format="pdf"> with an img tag images display as a red x. If I use <html> with an img tag the images display properly. The images are stored on a shared file server. (please reference attached file).

Steps to Reproduce:  open page in Firefox, Chrome, or IE
