Problem:
First time after editing system probe, it displays "there was a problem running the probe" when the probe is run. After that it displays the appropriate message depending on the validity of the url provided.

Result:
Displays the following exception.
"There was a problem running the probe. "
This message is displayed irrespective of whether a correct or an incorrect url is provided in the probe.

Bug is actually different. Any time you run probe it will show status of previous run. First time there is no run before, that is why it shows exception.
