Steps to reproduce :
1. From the command prompt --> go to runtime/bin folder .
2. Run the below command with admin privileges :
wsconfig.exe -ws iis -site <sitename>

Result:
Multiple times connector is getting configured with same sites.
Multiple magic folder is also getting created .

Expected:
It should not allow to configure same site if it is already configured .
Workaround:

It was a bug in both CF10 and CF11. It was only happening when IIS ver >=7. Fixed it .

Hi Adobe, I've verified this is fixed in CF2016 Update 1 (build 2016.0.01.298513). Unable to verify issue on CF11 Update 7 as it had the correct behavior of denying same IIS10 site from being configured multiple times via wsconfig.exe (including when called from command line). Thanks!, -Aaron
