Once 4077066 (to fix "r,g,b" support in imageMakeColorTransparent()) is fixed, then it will be necessary for imageMakeColorTransparent() to accept an array of color values (b/c, per 3126141, imageMakeColorTransparent() accepts a list of colors).

Basically, please refer to 3126141 and 4077066 to see why this ticket here is necessary.
