Problem Description: When using cffile with accept set to application/vnd.ms-excel and you upload an excel .xls file, it is reported as a word document.

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Form that allows you to submit a file to upload to the server
2. Server code that has cffile with accept="application/vnd.ms-excel"
3. upload a .xls file

Actual Result: cffile says that it is a word document

Expected Result: cffile should correctly say that it is an excel file

Any Workarounds: I only have been able to get this to work by removing the accept attribute

Unable to repro, this was tested on CF 10 + update 18. Please let us know the CF 10 update version on which you found this issue. Thanks.

CFAdmin shows that I am up to date and that there are no updates available or waiting to be installed. This is my version: 10,0,17,295085.

Update 18 is available for CF10, please try with that. Version should be 10,0,18,295976 .Thanks.
