Code Analyzer doesn't notify about cflocation's addtoken default value change

Repro:

1) Create file containing <cflocation url="http://a.com">
2) In Code Analyzer, choose "Directory to Analyze" as the file's parent directory
3) Ensure "CFM" is one of the file types selected in "Analyze file types"
4) Click "Run Analyzer"
5) See no notification about Secure Profile changes addtoken's default value

Verified in CF11 Update 7 (build 11,0,07,296330).

Update: The behavior depends on the existence of the addtoken parameter/attribute. It warns if the addtoken parameter/attribute is specified (good). It doesn't warn if the addtoken parameter/attribute is not specified (bad).

added the file compatibility.xml to the build.xml. Now it should be included in the HF build.
