Problem Description:

Cannot install API manager in developer edition

Steps to Reproduce:

* Install CF2016, selecting developer edition
* Run API manager installer /ColdFusionAPIManager_2016_WWEJ_linux64.bin 

Actual Result:

ColdFusion is not Enterprise

ColdFusion 2016 API Manager is an enterprise-only feature. As the ColdFusion
installation provided is not an enterprise edition, Installation will not
proceed further.

Expected Result:

API Manager installs

Any Workarounds:

I haven't tried, but I expect installing the 30 day trial of Enterprise might work?

Andrew, API Manager is intended to be a enterprise only feature. It would work with the 30 day trial.

Immanuel: this is at odds with how CF licensing has always worked in the past. All other "Enterprise Only" features still work on the developer edition, but are just not licensed for production use. This *makes sense*. Devs need time - and it cannot simply be a single contiguous block of 30 days - to actually evaluate these things. A 30-day trial is not adequate for something like the APIM.

+1 The issue is that in order to sell leadership on one of the really exciting features of 2016, devs need to be able to put together proofs of concept to get their organizations to expend resources. This will affect Adobe's bottom line.
