- Prefix serialized JSON with
- Maximum Output Buffer size
- Enable In-Memory File System
- Memory Limit for In-Memory Virtual File System
- Memory Limit per Application for In-Memory Virtual File System
- Allow Extra Attributes in AttributeCollection
- Disable creation of unnamed applications
- Component with onServerStart() method
- Allowed file extensions for CFInclude tag
- Application.cfc/Application.cfm lookup order
- Request Throttle Threshold
- Request Throttle Memory
- Allow REST Discovery

Server Settings > Request Tuning
- Maximum number of simultaneous Report threads
- Maximum number of threads available for CFTHREAD

Server Settings > Memory Variables
- Disable updating ColdFusion internal cookies using ColdFusion tags/functions.

Server Settings > Mail
- Default CFMail Charset

Server Settings > WebSocket
- Start Flash Policy Server

Server Settings > Document
- OpenOffice Directory

Data & Services
- I haven't yet tested all the settings in this section.
- Adobe has confirmed Solr collections aren't migrated (due to Solr library update).

Debugging & Logging > Debug Output Settings
- Enable Performance Monitoring
- Enable Metrics Logging
- Metrics Frequency
- Enable CFSTAT

Debugging & Logging > Debugger Settings
- Debugger Port

Event Gateways > Settings
- Note: Entering "0" for "Event Gateway Processing Threads" throws error saying it can't be 0 or negative (good). However, 0.x (ex: 0.5) is accepted, and saved as 0 (bad).

Security > RDS
- Enable RDS Service

Security > Sandbox Security
- Enable Sandbox Security

Steps to reproduce:
1) Install RC build (tested as standalone w/ Developer profile)
2) Change all of the above settings from their defaults
3) Create a .car file of all settings
4) Uninstall RC build and reinstall RC build (tested as standalone w/ Developer profile)
5) Deploy the .car file created in step #3
6) See none of the above changed settings were migrated
