Problem Description:

There is a UI problem on the API Manager Admin's front page ("General"). The fields for "Port" and "AJP Port" are wide enough to show only 3 of 4 characters. A new user, not familiar with things, could easily think the ports are 910 and 915 (rather than 9100 and 9151).

Steps to Reproduce:

Visit http://localhost:9000/admin/, and see the first page.

FWIW, I see that the in the HTML, the input type="text" field does indeed say size="4", but perhaps there's some aspect of CSS being used that is affecting this display

This was observed on both Opera and Chrome (on Windows 10), their latest versions, 34.0 and 47.0.2526.106 m, respectively.
