CF2016 added the "scope" parameter to REFind() and REFindNoCase() per CF-3321666 (good)

Issue: "scope" is undocumented in the REFind() and REFindNoCase() docs.

Actual Result: undocumented

Expected Result: documented (in "History", "Returns", "Syntax" and "Parameters" sections of REFind() and REFindNoCase() docs)
