Using LitePost (https://github.com/dcepler/litepost) as example code to test.
In the Fusebox variations of LitePost, the Security Analyzer is flagging Application.cfm as not being within a named application. In Fusebox, <cfapplication> was typically put in index.cfm instead of Application.cfm or Application.cfc.
This will be problematic for applications written with Fusebox or others that have <cfapplication> within a file other than Application.cfm or Application.cfc.
