Problem Description:
32-bit datasources no longer work in ColdFusion 2016 or 2018.

Steps to Reproduce:
Install 32-bit ODBC datasource.
Connect to this datasource from ColdFusion 2016/2018 it fails.
Connect to this datasource from ColdFuions 11 it works.

Actual Result:

Expected Result:

Any Workarounds:
Copy [ColdFusion 11 Path]:\cfusion\db\slserver54 to ColdFusion 2018.  It works.
