Problem Description:

Bug 3948798 lists this fail as fixed and closed, but I am seeing it on my current system, fully updated CF11.

When adding additional users to CF Admin (with full admin access) you get the following error when trying to access the Settings Summary

"cfadmin","The current user is not authorized to invoke this method. The specific sequence of files included or processed is: C:\ColdFusion11\cfusion\wwwroot\CFIDE\administrator\reports\index.cfm, line: 105 "

Steps to Reproduce:

Add new user with all roles, Allow RDS, Allow Administrative Access and Administrator Console & API access. (Or just specify the System Summary role only)

Login as new user

Go to System Summary

Actual Result:

Expected Result:

System summary page shows exactly as it does on default administrator account.
