Problem Description: unable to connect to CF URL to check for CF2016 updates.  When attempting to connect to https://www.adobe.com/go/coldfusion-updates I receive: "Not able to connect to Update Site: Connection Failure: Status code unavailable"

I should note that when I open https://www.adobe.com/go/coldfusion-updates in the the browser on the server where CF is installed, I get a display of the XML file, so that file is accessible to my machine.
