By default, all versions of Developer edition installations run Enterprise. This can cause confusion when attempting to deploy features standard servers that depend on Enterprise features (Which worked fine in Local development.)
Allow the developer installation to switch between which licence type it should be running as (Standard or Enterprise) so that local development better resembles production.
