Issue: CFB's "Built-in Function" Syntax Coloring option is disabled by default, unless the .col was imported.
Repro:
1) In Preferences > ColdFusion > Profiles, select an existing non-imported profile -or- create a new profile and select the just-created profile.
2) Click 'Apply'
3) In Preferences > ColdFusion > Profiles > Editor > Syntax Coloring, under "CF", click "Built-in Function"
4) At the right, see all coloring options are disabled (bad)
5) At the bottom, click "Export" and save exported .col file
6) At the bottom, click "Import" and import the exported .col file
7) Again, click "Built-in Functions"
8) At the right, see the coloring options are enabled (good)
