The fix for this bug is available as part of the early-access build for ColdFusion 2016 Update 2.

Hi Adobe, I'm unable to reproduce this using the provided WSDL URL (http://graphical.weather.gov/xml/DWMLgen/wsdl/ndfdXML.wsdl), as APIM's SOAP to Rest Wizard throws "Error generating the rest endpoint definition for the input wsdl." when clicking 'Fetch' in CF2016 Update 1 (build 2016.0.01.298513) and CF2016 Update 2 (build 2016.0.02.299200). Thanks!, -Aaron

I followed https://www.adobe.com/devnet/coldfusion/articles/soap-to-rest-translation.html (which uses http://wsf.cdyne.com/WeatherWS/Weather.asmx?wsdl) and do not see an issue. So, I do not understand "argument source are not getting populated". Thanks!, -Aaron
