Problem Description:
Use the cfhtmltopdf functionality does not generate a pdf which passes Adobe Acrobats PDF Accessibility checker. There is a current bug tracker, https://tracker.adobe.com/#/view/CF-3734792, marked as 'Fixed' but this is not fixed.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build variable w/ HTML w/ an image tag that has the 'alt' attribute set
2. Use cfhtmltopdf to generate a PDF file.
3. Run through Adobe Acrobat accessibility checker.
Actual Result:
1. Fails accessibility b/c image tag isn't "tagged"
2. Fails accessibility checker b/c "language" attribute not included. CF 2016 support the language attribute but not CF 11. Will CF 11 be patched?
Expected Result:
1. Pass accessibility checker.
Any Workarounds:
None
PDF Document and Accessibility report attached. If raw HTML is required let me know but I can assure you the HTML is constructed properly w/ alternate text.
