Problem Description: CF11 and previous cannot actually edit a Solr collection. If you click on the collection, you have to remember what the collection is supposed to be indexing, re-enter that information with any changes desired, and resubmit. This is ridiculous. If the collection was originally created by someone who is no longer working for your office, and that someone didn't document what the collection is supposed to do, you have little (if any) method for making changes.
Steps to Reproduce: CF11 and previous: log on to CFAdmin, go to COLLECTIONS, pick any collection (Solr, or Verity if it's CF9.0.1 or earlier), "edit" that collection - the current settings are not reported/displayed; you are given the default settings, even for a collection that exists.
Actual Result: Default values are presented, with ZERO indication of anything current in the collection.
Expected Result: Current values as entered in the collection.
Any Workarounds: None.
