Problem Description: Attachments not appearing in Apple IOS Mail (iPhone/iPad) app. They appear in all other apps that I have tested.

Steps to Reproduce: Send an email using CFMAIL. Insert an inline image (with a contentid) and a file attachment using cfmailparam. Viewing the email in the IOS Mail app shows no attachments for the email.

Expected Result: The attachment should be there.

Any Workarounds: It seems using the contentID attribute with cfmailparam to attach the inline image causes the problem. The email content-type becomes "multipart/related" instead of "
multipart/mixed" and there is no way to override this value.

Comments:

Found the following link, but it does not resolve the issue when both an inline and attachment are required at the same time. http://www.trunkful.com/index.cfm/2013/3/1/CFMAIL-Attachments-to-Apple-iPad-and-iPhone

#CF-4016861 is an issue with cfpop. The issue here is with cfmail. They are similar but not the same.
