Issue: received shared CFFiddle apps aren't persisted across browsers or after logout

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Login to CFFiddle as User A
2) Create an app and generate the share link
3) In another browser (Browser B), login to CFFiddle as User B
4) Browse to the shared CFFiddle link
5) See the app appears in User B's app list in Browser B (good)
6) Logout of User B
7) Re-login as User B in Browser B
8) See the app no longer appears in User B's app list in Browser B (bad)
9) Repeat steps 3-5
10) In a third browser (Browser C) login to CFFiddle as User B
11) See the app does not appear in User B's app list in Browser C (bad)

Hi Adobe, As you noted in the forums, saving the application is required. That requirement is fine. But, that requirement must be apparent to the end-user. Currently, the flow is unintuitive. Suggestion: "Save Application" option in '3 dots' menu.
