As some may have noticed, as of CF2016, the "web server configuration tool" (wsconfig) UI now adds options to let folks control the connection pool size, idle timeout, and max reuse connections.
Unfortunately, when the CF2016 installer (the latest version, downloaded today, May 20 2016) runs, and it offers the option to configure an external web server, that UI does NOT offer the same options to configure these aspects of the connector.
I'm sure it's just an oversight. The focus was to get the change into the wsconfig tool, and perhaps the people doing that didn't realize that there is a separate but similar UI in the CF installer.
But it does mean that while those using the wsconfig tool will be shown options (and therefore will consider the possibility) to "tweak" the connector settings, those who enable the connection in the CF installer will not have that benefit, which could mean that they are less likely to even consider the prospect of tweaking the settings.
