Licensing should work for upgrade from CFB1.0 to CFB3.0. Currently the code-path is missing. We need to provide a fix to the customers for their SKUs to work.

The fix will be available in the next update(update 2). When available, first apply the update and then you can apply the license from Builder Help -> License Adobe ColdFusion Builder ...

Able to upgrade from CFB1.0 to CFB3.0. Hence, closing this bug. (Comment added from ex-user id:prk)
