On the server import dialog there often seems to be a little confusion about what directory needs to be provided to import a local server. "Server home" could be interpreted as the server installation directory, the included server webroot or the local webserver webroot.
This confusion could easily be cleared up by providing a little more precise description. See screenshot with suggestion attached.
Small things like these make the CF Builder experience much smoother, especially for novice developers.
