I just did a scan and the result was a pop up that said:

"Security analyzer task completed. To correct the squiggly line, select insert spaces
for tabs option from Editor > General > Text Editors menu in Window preferences."

The second sentence makes *no* sense at all. It seems completely out of place.

Added By:prk Note Added: The issue is fixed. We removed the second sentence. This fix will be available in the next release. Date Added :2015-12-17 15:06:21.0 Added By: PreRelease User User Name:Raymond Camden Note Added: Hmm. I'd call this a bug then. If my company policy is tabs, not spaces, I'd have to switch to spaces, fix the security issues, then return to tabs. CFB should be able to find the issue whether or not spaces or tabs are used and correctly identify the problem. If I need to file a new bug for that let me know. Date Added :2015-12-08 14:44:01.0 Added By:prk Note Added: Hi Raymond, When we run security code analyzer in editor, some times you can see the squiggly lines for the vulnerabilities moving to different or inappropriate lines. That is because, the editor is considering one tab space as 4 space. So the prompt asks for selecting "insert spaces for tabs" option from Editor > General > Text Editors menu in Window preferences to get rid of this issue. But however missing quote in prompt message(around "insert spaces for tabs") is not keeping it intuitive, so we will fix this and set it right. Thanks for pointing this out. For example: In Security_Squiggly_1.png, the squiggly lines are supposed to be in line # 6. Because there is 1 tab space before line # 6, the squiggly lines moved to line #8 To make the squiggly lines proper, select insert spaces for tabs option from Editor > General > Text Editors menu in Window preferences. That is why we added this line. In Security_Squiggly_2.png, the squiggly lines are in correct line. If you want to avoid the popup everytime you can choose the option "Do not show this again." in the wizard. +1 - Users should not have to switch to spaces. That's not the right way to deal w/ this.
