Problem Description:
When starting Coldfusion builder 2016 AFTER the Standard trial period is over, the Pop-up that the trial period is over appears for half a second, and then disappears. Nothing else happens, the program does not start, but "Adobe Coldfusion Launcher Application" stays in the Task manager.
Consecutive attempts to open up Builder results in no windows appearing, it attempts to start but crashes with no error after ~ 1 second.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a computer with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
2. Install Coldfusion 2016 and Coldfusion Builder
3. Setup for Developer
4. Have trial period expire
5. Attempt to start Coldfusion builder

Actual Result:
Program attempts to start but immediately crashes to desktop. On first few attempts to start, the Notice popup that standard edition has expired appears on the page for ~ 1/2 a second. After it appears once or twice, it does not pop back up when attempting to start Builder.

Expected Result:
Program would start. Notice that Standard edition has expired would appear and remain on the screen until the User clicks on "OK". A prompt to either enter in serial number or switch to Express should appear.

Any Workarounds:
None that I could find. If I could just start it in Express, it may fix it.

Hi Jeff, I am not able to reproduce the issue . 1. Can you please change the workspace and try to start the CF Builder . Or, if you unable to switch the workspace , then take back up of .metadata folder (which is there workspace folder ) to some other folder . and then delete .metadata folder which is in workspace location and restart the CF Builder . 2. Did you have updraded your windows recently to windows 10 ? Thanks, Mukesh
