Problem Description: Issue when using ColdFusion Builder 3.1.1 (full version, not Eclipse plugin) to browse files using RDS. The RDS Fileview is not sorting directory files correctly by date. The name and size sort columns work correctly, but the date sort does not and the files are in no particular order.

Steps to Reproduce: Install fresh CF2016, install fresh CF Builder 3.0, add new RDS connection, then browse directory and click "Last Modified" column to sort.

Actual Result: Files not sorted by date.

Expected Result: Files sorted by date.
