Problem:
Allow Event Gateways as a Scheduled Task target
Allow the user to call an event gateway instead of a http request. With the new shorthand for defining structs and arrays, the user could define the arguments inline with the task.
Providing a means for scheduled tasks to talk directly to event-gateways removes an extraneous http call that requires additional coding, is limited to basic HTML authentication, and needs to compete directly with other user requests in the same resource pool. Moreover, this feature may ease the implementation of other scheduler enhancement requests. (eg. providing separate thread counts and resource pools is asked in separate ERs such as #72686)
