Problem:
when you try to launch the server manager from CF9 running on Win2003 you get a "Page cannot be displayed" from IIS. this is due to the .air mime-type not being registered. Once you add the mime-type the server manager launches fine. Please have the CF installer add the mime-type, or add a warning to the admin page.
This also happened in Vista..
Method:
WIN 2003 IIS 6 launch the server monitor, get an 404. add mime type in IIS and it will work fine
