I have long felt that since CF is providing captive, embedded Derby, the CF Admin should include at the very least a minimal Derby IDE... or, failing that, an AIR app should be included with the CF install that provides the ability to maintain Derby databases, preferrably with integration to CF DSNs, so that I launch it, pick a DSN, and edit the DB. It only really makes sense to provide this in order to allow CF to have a self-contained DB solution... adding it in would make ColdFusion a truly killer standalone platform including DB services.
