Secure shared hosting documentation

There is no documentation on setting up a secure shared hosting environment with ColdFusion. Setting it up is currently a largely trial and error exercise with unexpected surprises such as that cfdump breaks when you disable access to CreateObject(JAVA), that cfinterface breaks when you use a file system sandbox that doesn't allow access to /WEB-INF/cftags/, etc.
