Problem:
It's never made sense the scheduled tasks page is listed in the Debugging and Logging section of the CF Admin. (One might say the same of the system probes and license scanner.)
Similarly, the settings for enabling CFStat and Windows Perfmon don't make sense being on the "Debug Output Settings" page. If nothing else, they should be made more clearly distinct from the settings above them. A reasonable compromise would be to rename the "custom debugging output" header to something like "Request Debugging Output" and move the "Enable Request Debugging Output" option to below that. Then create a "Performance Statistics" heading for the last 2 settings on the page. The first 2 settings on the page could benefit from their own header, but at least if these otehr 2 headers distinguished what remained, it may be ok for them to float at the top of the page without any header.
