Problem:
One of the very frustrating things about managing email using cfexchange is the inability to find related messages. We need a "thread-id" and some way to search by that thread-id to find related messages or some other mechanism to let me find all the replies to an email I sent.
I want the server to log, as part of my customer's record, every email I send to that client (using outlook instead of a simplistic web-based client) as well as any replies. On the server side I need a way to keep it all organized so I can show it in a tree control - most likely in ext. (JSON) Thread-id + corrected timestamps should do it.
