Problem:

cfinsert and cfupdate now use parameterized queries according to the reference. However, this is not mentioned in the History section. Every else changes are documented in the History section. It is _the_ place to figure out what changed. These notes should be copied to that area.

As far as I know, cfinsert and cfupdate have always been using parametrized query - at least since ColdFusion 6. I am not aware of pre-ColdFusion 6. So I don't think there is anything required to be mentioned in the history. We anyway document that cfinsert and cfupdate use parametrized query.
