Problem Description: When including a file in a cflayout and cflayoutarea the data initially displays then disappears.

Steps to Reproduce: Code used was: <cflayout type="tab" name="OuterTab" align="center><cflayoutarea name="summary" title="summary" source="/training/trainingresultssummary.cfm /> <cflayoutarea name="summary" title="Exceptions" source="/training/trainingresultsexceptions.cfm /> <cflayoutarea name="summary" title="completed" source="/training/trainingresultscompleted.cfm /> </cflayout>

Actual Result: Table appears until it is completely loaded then disappears.

Expected Result: Table showing training status

Any Workarounds: Include code from the included files into the <cflayoutarea> tags and not include files.

Doesn't make a difference if I try to display an include with just a short text blurb or pull data from a database, it appears then disappears.

Donald, Can you pls. confirm if you can observe this issue with different browsers (say Internet Explorer, Chrome and FireFox).

The problem only seems to be with Internet Explorer. It displays fine with Firefox, Chrome and Edge. We do not see this problem in ColdFusion 10 or 11 with Internet Explorer.
