Problem Description: When I tried to delete a J2EE archive that I just created, an error was thrown. Please see attached image for the error.

When trying to delete this directory that has this archive manually, I get that it is open in another program.

I would like to know how this is user error? We have been able to do this with ColdFusion 7, 8 and 9 so how the hell is this user error?
