Current description for cfschedule's retrycount is: "The number of reattempts if the task fails or misfires."
Two things:
1) The "or misfires" should be removed, b/c this setting is only for task failures (not misfires).
2) The value must be 0-3, but this is undocumented.
Suggested new retrycount description: "The number of reattempts if the task fails. Value must be greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 3."
