A binded HTML CFGrid table can't be sorted in CF 9.0.1 (in both row and edit mode) after hotfix 1 and/or 2

This is an already known issue that should already have been solved with hotfix1 and 2. As you can see in this live demo, CFGrid doesn't show sorted data after clicking on a column.
