Problem Description:This is an old bug that goes back to CF7 days. When logged into the cfusion instance, if you 'touch' any page that contains a path, e.g. Charting or Logging, and then you create a new instance, the new instance inherits the path of the cfusion instance rather than a path relating to the new instance.

Steps to Reproduce: Log into CFAdmin for cfusion instance. Click on Charting page. Click submit (no need to make any changes). Now create a new instance. Start the new instance and log into it's CFAdmin. Click on it's Charting page and you'll see that the Disk cache location points to the cfusion instance rather than the new instance. Same applies to any page with a path, e.g. Logging Settings

Actual Result: /Applications/ColdFusion10/cfusion/charting/cache

Expected Result:/Applications/ColdFusion10/<newinstance>/charting/cache

Any Workarounds: Manually change the paths to use the correct instance name
