When you enable the secure profile, a site wide error handler is set up for you. It should add the cfsetting call to disable debugging.

Uday the repro case is : 1. Go to CF Admin > settings > Site-wide Error Handler 2. Add entry : /CFIDE/administrator/templates/secure_profile_error.cfm 3. Enable Debugging & Logging > Debug Output Settings > Enable Request Debugging Output 3. Create test.cfm with syntax error : <cfset x =; 4. Run test.cfm file (Comment added from ex-user id:gtiwari)

In secure profile if user enables request debugging info, a warning message will be popped up and site-wide handler will be switched to the default one
