Problem If ColdFusion is insalled as a 32-bit application on a 64-bit OS, then 32-bit DLLS's should be placed. Currently, 64-bit DLL's are placed in cfusion\lib

This is fixed for HF. Once verified in HF transfer back to me for it to be fixedin main also. Or raise a new bug by closing it.

fixed. verified with CF10 u12. DLLs in <cfroot>\cfusion\bin are now 32 bit.
