Problem Description: When in a shared environment, clearing the template cache doesn't always work. Sometimes it takes clicking on the button 3-4 times for it to work. I have had to contact Support every time to have them do it for me before realizing if I clicked it numerous times it would actually clear in a shared environment.
Steps to Reproduce:
Actual Result: does not clear cache
Expected Result: clear cache
Any Workarounds: Clicking more at least 3 times.
