Problem Description: During the upgrade/installation prior to actually beginning the install process the CF10 it checks for the features installed in the IIS Role and errors telling you that you must have "ASP.NET, ISAPI Extensions, & ISAPI Filters installed. Installing those items and returning to the installer however does not allow installation as the same error continues to be listed. As no log is currently written yet there is no method of knowing what is going wrong. Searching online finally reveals you must additionally have CGI installed for the install to progress. This information however is never presented to the user.
Steps to Reproduce: Install IIS Role features based on the feedback of the installation of CF10.
Actual Result: Installation is not possible as configured.
Expected Result: The installer should inform you of all the items missing.
Any Workarounds: Add the CGI feature.
