Problem Description:

Of my three "identical" (same hardware, same packages, same configs) webservers, the 9.0.1 upgrade installed cleanly on two and failed on one. 64-bit Linux running CF 9.0.0, CF was stopped beforehand, space and permissions checked and OK.

I've wiped the install directories, but I can try it again if there's a log you need that might point to what's gone wrong here.

@ AsherDL, can you try running the updater with superuser privileges using the sudo command.
