This affects both the onRequestEnd reference page, and the "Defining the application and its event handlers in Application.cfc" page. The latter actually says "3.ColdFusion always processes onRequestEnd at the end of the request." which is at the least misleading. The second note on the onAbort reference page is on the right track.
