Big problem on our production servers, even with reducing use of cache it takes excessive time to clear, higher amounts of cache cause server to crash.

We are seeing this on a heavy use production server with a significant cache in use.

We have a client with multiple CF10 servers under heavy load that is running into this issue and they are hitting this issue. https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=CF-3369530 Key collisions on cached queries. So my thought is these two could be related. Take a high load environment - clear query caches - then have multiple threads (hundreds) trying to re-cache multiple queries. Does CF10 hang do to cache query keys starting to collide?

Can you post what's going into your logs at the time of the crash? You're not really providing much to go on here! -- Adam

@MaryJo: Are you storing the clientvars in a datasource too? @CF-Team: On our latest Installation with HF11, the problem doesn't occure any more. Perhaps you've fixed it already :)

We're still testing this but it does seem to be working better on HF11. However we're still dealing with bug CF-3369530 on our servers so a lot of our normal query cache is turned off so until that is resolved we probably won't know for sure that this one as well is definitely fixed.
