We often end up with a long list of ip addresses to which debug data are sent, and months after they were added, we can't tell who the IP belongs to or why it was added. We end up not clearing anything from this list, ever, because of this. To me it would be useful if a non-required note field when new debug ip's are added, data that would show up with the list of debug ips.
